FNBMaster works on all modern devices and browsers: Recommended browsers: Google Chrome (v90+), Mozilla Firefox (v88+), Apple Safari (v14+), Microsoft Edge (v90+). Supported devices: Android smartphones & tablets, iPhones & iPads, Windows & Mac laptops/desktops, Linux computers. The platform is fully responsive and adapts to any screen size. Ensure JavaScript is enabled and cookies are allowed for proper functionality.
FNBMaster is available as a Progressive Web App (PWA). To install: Visit fnbmaster.com on your mobile browser, Look for the "Install FNBMaster App" prompt at the bottom of the screen, Tap "Install" to add the app to your home screen. On Android Chrome: Tap the menu (⋮) → "Add to Home Screen." On iOS Safari: Tap the Share button → "Add to Home Screen." The PWA provides a full-screen app experience with fast loading and offline access to some features.
If videos are not playing, try these steps: Check your internet connection — try loading another website, Refresh the browser page, Clear your browser cache and cookies, Try a different browser (Chrome recommended), Disable VPN or proxy services, Check if your network blocks video streaming (common on office networks), Try reducing video quality in the player settings, Switch to a different language version of the video, Restart your device. If you encounter a bug or error on the platform: Take a screenshot of the error message or issue, Note the steps that led to the problem, Note your device type, browser, and FNBM ID, Email these details to support@fnbmaster.com with "Bug Report" in the subject line. Our technical team will investigate and respond within 24-48 hours. We appreciate your help in making FNBMaster better for everyone.
Clearing browser cache can resolve many platform issues. Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear Browsing Data → Select "Cached images and files" → Clear data. Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data → Search fnbmaster.com → Remove. Firefox: Options → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data → Clear Data. After clearing, restart your browser and log in again. Note: This will log you out of all websites.
