Creating your FNBMaster account takes less than 2 minutes. Visit fnbmaster.com/register. Enter your full name, select your country code from 16 supported countries, provide your 10-digit mobile number, and create a strong password (minimum 8 characters with uppercase, numbers, and special characters). Choose your preferred learning language from 7 Indian languages. After registration, you will receive a unique FNBM ID (format: FNBMXXXXXX) that serves as your permanent learner identifier. Your account is approved instantly, and you can begin learning immediately.
FNBMaster supports learners from 16 countries with proper mobile number validation for each: India (+91), UAE (+971), USA/Canada (+1), UK (+44), Saudi Arabia (+966), Qatar (+974), Oman (+968), Bahrain (+973), Kuwait (+965), Singapore (+65), Malaysia (+60), Australia (+61), Philippines (+63), Sri Lanka (+94), Bangladesh (+880), and Nepal (+977). Each country has its own mobile number format and validation pattern. Select your country code from the dropdown during registration.
Your FNBM ID is a unique identifier assigned to you upon registration (format: FNBM followed by 6 digits, e.g., FNBM024891). It serves as your permanent learner identity on the platform. You can find your FNBM ID: On your dashboard after logging in, On all your earned certificates, In your profile settings, In the welcome email (if provided during registration). Your FNBM ID can be shared with employers to verify all your certificates at once.
Mobile numbers are locked after registration for security reasons. Your mobile number serves as your primary login credential and identity verification. If you need to update your mobile number due to loss or change, contact our support team at support@fnbmaster.com with your FNBM ID, full name, old mobile number, and new mobile number. Identity verification will be required before any changes are processed. This policy protects your account and certificates from unauthorized access.
Contact our support team at support@fnbmaster.com from your registered email address. Provide your full name, registered mobile number, and FNBM ID if available. Our team will verify your identity through a security check process. Once verified, you will receive instructions to set a new password. For security reasons, password resets cannot be done automatically through the website. Always use strong passwords with at least 8 characters including uppercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
Each mobile number can only be registered once on FNBMaster. If you are a business owner wanting to train multiple staff members, each staff member should have their own individual account. You can then manage them through a business account with team dashboard features. For personal use, one account per learner is sufficient as it tracks all your progress, certificates, and learning history in one place.
