Business & Enterprise

Visit business.fnbmaster.com/register to create your business account. Provide your business name, owner name, outlet type (hotel, restaurant, café, cloud kitchen, etc.), established year, city, and contact details. Choose the plan that fits your team size. After registration, you'll receive access to the business dashboard where you can manage staff, track progress, and monitor training completion. The registration process takes approximately 5 minutes.
From your business dashboard, click "Add Staff" to invite team members. Enter each staff member's full name, mobile number, role (e.g., Chef, Server, Manager), and a temporary password. Staff members can then log in with their credentials and access all assigned modules. The number of staff you can add depends on your plan: Individual (1), Bundle for 3 (3), Bundle for 5 (5), or Enterprise (unlimited). You can also use the bulk import feature for larger teams.
The business dashboard provides comprehensive team management tools: Staff overview with individual progress tracking, Completion statistics (total modules completed, in progress, certificates earned), Team gamification leaderboard with points and badges, Recent activity feed showing certificate achievements, Staff management (add, remove, assign roles), FSSAI audit readiness tracking, Business information and plan management, Bulk staff import for large teams, Certificate management and verification. Enterprise plans include advanced analytics, role assignments, and priority support.
Yes! The business dashboard provides detailed individual staff tracking: Progress bars showing module completion percentage, Status indicators (Trained, Learning, New), Module-by-module completion status, Certificate download for completed staff, Activity timeline for each staff member, Gamification points and badges earned. You can click on any staff member to view their detailed progress, completed modules, and earned certificates.

For organizations with large teams, FNBMaster offers bulk staff import: Prepare a CSV or Excel file with staff details (full name, mobile number, role, email optional), Upload the file through the bulk import page in your business dashboard, The system validates all entries and creates accounts for each staff member, You receive a summary of successful imports and any errors, Staff members can log in immediately with their credentials. Bulk import is available for all plans but is particularly useful for Enterprise accounts. Contact support for import templates.
