Bundle for 3 (₹2,499) — Up to 3 staff, all 9 modules, team dashboard, digital certificates, email support (₹833/staff). Bundle for 5 (₹3,999) — Up to 5 staff, all 9 modules, advanced analytics, role assignments, digital certificates, priority support (₹799.80/staff) — BEST VALUE. Enterprise (Custom) — Unlimited staff, custom modules, API access, dedicated manager, white-label option, 24/7 support. All plans are one-time payments with lifetime access.
Yes, absolutely! Every FNBMaster plan is a single one-time payment. There are no monthly subscriptions, no annual renewals, no automatic charges to your card, and no hidden fees. Once you pay, you have lifetime access to all content — forever. This includes all 9 modules, all 7 languages, all certificates, all future language additions, and all new courses we add monthly. You will never be asked to pay again. This pricing model is designed to make professional hospitality training accessible and affordable.
Yes! The Starter plan is completely free forever with no credit card required. It includes: 9 introductory videos (one per module), Access in 1 language (English), Mobile-friendly learning experience. This allows you to explore the platform, experience the training quality, and understand the content before upgrading to a paid plan. The Starter plan does not include certificates, progress tracking, or access to full module content.
Yes, you can upgrade at any time. To upgrade from Individual to a Bundle plan, or from a Bundle to Enterprise, contact our support team at support@fnbmaster.com. You only pay the difference between your current plan and the new plan. For example: Solo (₹999) → Bundle for 5 (₹3,999) = pay only ₹3,000 difference. All your existing progress, certificates, and data are preserved during the upgrade. New features become available immediately.
We accept multiple payment methods: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking (all major Indian banks), and popular Digital Wallets. All payments are processed securely through our encrypted payment gateway. You will receive a payment confirmation receipt via email after successful payment.
Yes! We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied with the training within the first 7 days of purchase, simply email support@fnbmaster.com with your FNBM ID and purchase details. We will process a full refund — no questions asked. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. After the 7-day period, all sales are final due to the lifetime access nature of the product.
Yes! We periodically release coupon codes for special occasions, festivals, and promotional events. Active coupon codes are displayed on the pricing page at fnbmaster.com/pricing. To apply a coupon, click on the code to copy it, then paste it during registration or checkout. Bulk discounts are also available for team enrollments of 10 or more staff members.
