Yes! All payments are processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. FNBMaster does not store your credit card, debit card, or UPI credentials on our servers. Payment information is encrypted and handled entirely by our payment processing partners. You will receive a transaction confirmation for every payment.
Yes. If you wish to delete your account, contact support@fnbmaster.com with your FNBM ID and request account deletion. Please note: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible, All certificates will be revoked and no longer verifiable, Learning progress and history will be permanently deleted, Any active business accounts with staff members require additional verification. We recommend downloading all certificates before requesting deletion.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, your personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Certificate records may be retained in anonymized form for verification purposes. Learning analytics may be retained in aggregate form for platform improvement.
